Our Video Production Process
The stages of video production are as follows.

Pre-Production
After we have agreed upon the project budget and scope, the first step in video production is pre-production where we put together the content assets and storyboards. If you have assets to share, please do so at this time. Otherwise, no worries as we can take on the storytelling responsibility.
Project Kick-Off
We’ll cover the purpose of the video, key messaging, interviewees, b-roll, motion graphics, any audio needs, and the overall schedule.
Production Plan
The production plan consists of compiling all relevant details and creating a fleshed-out plan and timeline for your approval. This is a document that will drive the rest of the project.
Logistics
This refers to all scheduling and organizing of shoot days (and travel) to ensure a high-quality, efficient shoot with exciting, usable outcomes.

Shooting
As you can imagine, one of the most critical parts of the video production process is shooting. The details of your shoot are based on the details outlined in the production plan. If you are an out-of-state client, we will keep you updated with how shooting goes! Some of our clients like to attend the shoots, while others leave it all in our capable hands. That’s totally up to you!
1-2 Days
While all video shoots are unique, we generally schedule 1-2 days, with each shoot taking anywhere from 2-10 hours to complete.
Crew
Our crew is what sets us apart! Each of our crew members has a genuine passion for video production, and they’re excited to work on your content. Our DPs have worked on everything from TV shows and films, to corporate conferences and commercials.
Lighting
Lighting is often overlooked but can make or break your video. We will work diligently to capture the best natural lighting possible, while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to create great lighting and showcase your business.

Post-Production
Once we’ve captured the raw footage for your video, we will transition into the post-production phase. This is usually the most time-consuming process as we will need to consume and edit the content before it is polished into the final product.
Rough Cut
A rough cut is transformed into the final version through color grading, editing and motion graphics. This process can be tedious, but it is always worth it in the end.
Revisions
There’s nothing more important than your satisfaction. We encourage our clients to utilize the revisions stage to provide necessary feedback.
Final Touches
Once everything looks good, we will work on final touches such as credits, sound effects, etc. to deliver a polished final product we can all be proud of!
