Natalie Brehm is our Director of Instructional Design at ALLEGRO MEDIA DESIGN for over three years. In those years, she has become a valued eLearning specialist and has found her stride at a top eLearning company in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Natalie’s analytical background, combined with her creative abilities uniquely prepare her to design and implement elegant eLearning solutions. Her ability to confidently interact with clients to assess their needs greatly increases the efficacy of her instructional design and courses.

Natalie endeavors to maintain an attitude of continuous improvement, frequently engaging in eLearning professional development, from informal self-training to industry-respected seminars. In addition to eLearning Development, Natalie also aids in hiring and video production at Allegro and enjoys helping with ad hoc projects, including decorating their office space.

When she’s not working as an eLearning course creator, Natalie works tirelessly at her position as Vice President and Operations Director for a local cat rescue. Her passion for writing spurred her to start a food blog, which she doesn’t update as often as she’d like.
